Content Delivery Guidelines
We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner with complete client satisfaction. In order to best serve you we have outlined numerous timelines and edit times that will allow our team to provide the highest quality of work. While we understand that last minute requests may occur, and we will do our very best to fulfill every request, we do ask that you respect these time windows as best you can, so that every client receives our focused attention and effort.
Requesting In-Person Services
When requesting any of our ‘in-person’ services like having a photographer or videographer on-site, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice in order to accommodate this request.
Delivery Timelines* (subject to change based on complexity of each project)*
- Video Production requires a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks turnaround time
- Photography requires a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks turnaround time
- Graphic Design requires a minimum of 7 to 10 business days turnaround time
- Website Creation requires a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks turnaround time
Revisions and Edits
Our goal is perfection after our first video delivered but for all video projects we do allow for revisions and edits. We will promptly and thoroughly complete all requested edits made in the first round of feedback free of charge. Revisions or edits made after the first round are permitted, but will be charged at the rate of $250/hr.
As previously mentioned, we understand ‘last minute’ requests happen and some projects require a shortened editing window. We pride ourselves on being able to complete each and every client request. We are an extension of your team. However, requests made outside of our specified timeline, will be subject to resource availability and rush fees, and will be completed and determined at the discretion of the AdVenture SWFL team.
Communication and Planning
In order to ensure transparent and organized communication we ask that all formal requests, project updates and project feedback be made through email. Each AdVenture team member has a dedicated email used to serve our clients and partners. This allows our team to streamline internal and external communication to most efficiently provide high quality and reliable service.
